Refund policy

U4RIA Return Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your U4RIA order to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a reasonable condition, allowing for minimal inspection or sampling only. If the product has been used beyond what’s necessary to test it, your refund may be reduced.

To start a return, please contact us at info@u4ria.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return is approved.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
